Refund policy

Hi there! 

We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with your order/product. 

Our refund and returns policy last 14 days from the time of your package arriving. If 14 days have passed since the date of your arrived item, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with a valid reason as to why you are unsatisfied. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Before sending any product out, all products are quality checked to ensure the highest standards are met. If the product received is damaged, defective or perhaps you have received the incorrect item, please contact us via email so that we may assist you further. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for Sale items, or items that have been stripped of their original packaging. 

Exchanges 
All sales are final. Once the item has been processed and finalised, you may not cancel or change the items in your order. Please review your details thoroughly, that includes address, name and the contents within your order before finalising your purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please feel free to send an inquiry email to us.
